Order Processing  
- Orders ship Monday through Friday from our warehouse.  
- Most in-stock orders are processed within 24–48 business hours.  
- Orders placed after 1:00 PM PST may be processed the next business day.  
- Custom or special care products may require more time.  
- We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.  
- All orders are discreetly packaged.

- Customs duties, VAT, or import taxes may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.  
- Customs clearance may cause shipping delays.  
- We may use alternate carriers (including USPS) for best delivery results.

Tracking Your Order  
- You’ll receive a tracking email when your order ships.  
- Orders with multiple items may ship separately at no extra charge.

Missing, Lost, or Stolen Orders  
- If your package is marked delivered but not received, contact us within 5 days.  
- For orders without shipping insurance, we still bear the basic transportation risks (standard claims for lost/damaged items). Shipping insurance only provides faster processing or higher limits.  
- We recommend purchasing Package Protection during checkout for added security.

Order Changes or Cancellations  
- Changes may be possible before the order is processed.  
- Once shipped, we cannot modify or cancel the order.  
- Unused items may be returned within 90 days. See our Return Policy for details.

 

All JARLIY orders are processed through our main fulfillment center in Scottsdale, Arizona.

For certain products or high-demand periods, shipments may be dispatched from our international warehouses to ensure timely delivery. All orders include tracking and are handled with care.
